Why reprints happen

A logo pulled off a website, text sitting on the trim line, and nobody looked at a proof.

How we work

Check the file, proof it, then print

Most print problems are file problems, and they're visible before anything is produced. A logo at screen resolution looks acceptable on a monitor and falls apart at poster size, which is why the artwork check comes first and costs nothing.

Proofs do the rest. Approving what you'll actually receive moves the conversation before production rather than after, and it's the single step that prevents expensive reprints.

Then materials have to suit the use. A banner for one afternoon and a sign facing Florida sun for three years are different products, and choosing by price alone is how the second one fades in a season.
